What is the purpose of Bracken Backers?
Bracken Backers is a volunteer organization where parents and administration come together to raise funds that supplement the school budget and fulfill the needs of the athletics program.

How does purchasing spirit wear and other merchandise support Bracken Christian School’s athletics program?
This website is linked directly to a Bracken Christian School bank account, and 100% of the profits from sales of all items on this site go toward supporting the athletics program. Right now, this includes funding for uniforms, equipment, special events, and student athletic scholarships. We work closely with local vendors to secure the best wholesale prices and aim to maintain approximately a 50% margin on all items to maximize fundraising efforts.

How often do you release new items?
We’re excited we've been able to expand our spirit wear and branded merch offering this year! We always launch fresh gear at Warrior Rollout and Homecoming, and items related to specific sports are introduced right before each sport’s season begins. Additionally, we plan to offer seasonal drops and limited-edition items throughout the year. To be sure you don't miss new items, sign up for email alerts.

How can I get my hands on a sold-out item?
Each product page has a “Gotta Have It” button. If an item is sold out, simply enter your email address and click “Gotta Have It” to alert us of your interest, so we can work on getting that item back in stock.

Where and when can spirit wear be worn?
Students:
We love that you want to show your BC pride all the time! However, during normal school days and hours, official Bracken uniforms must be worn. Bracken spirit wear that’s predominantly navy blue, gray, or white can be worn to school on Fridays. Spirit wear in other colors can be worn before/after school, during sporting events, and all throughout your weekends. Remember, every time you wear BC Warriors gear, you’re representing your school and supporting the growth of God’s kingdom.

Order Logistics:

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made through the website. However, if you made a mistake with your order, please contact us at bcsbackers@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at the Spirit Shop, located in the elementary building across from the front office.

Can you ship my order?
Not yet, but shipping is coming soon! For now, orders can be picked up at the Spirit Shop. They’ll be ready within 24 hours of purchase—just look for a bag with your name in the cubbies on the right wall.

How long does it take to receive pre-order items?
Pre-orders, typically tied to seasonal or special releases, have a 3-4 week lead time. We’ll communicate the timeline and other details via email once your order is processed.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review product details before making a purchase.
